This model f is an upgraded product of e-type full CNC metal mesh weaving machine, which is equipped with four sensors: three roll unlimited mesh unloading, on-board mesh cutting, two roll pressure adjustment, digital display and tension measurement. The variable heald cam curve is upgraded again, and the variable heald gear adopts carburizing and quenching process, which makes the loom run more stable and reliable. The optimized structure of the rear wall panel eliminates the need to disassemble the link part of the wall panel when the upper and lower warp shafts, which makes the work easier and has a wider range of braided wire diameter.
